A word from President Pamela

This year`s focus for Rotary will be `The Future of Rotary is in your Hands`.

To quote our District Governor`s question: `Mirror, Mirror on the Wall, who is responsible for.? Answer: The Future of Rotary is in your Hands.`

One of our Club`s strengths in fulfilling `The Future of Rotary` is our size. We are large enough to take on any projects we decide upon. Many of our members have done an amazing amount of work to help our Community and our Club, and in doing so, our members receive a sense of purpose and friendship. With vital, active members we will continue the current good work and realize many more projects in the future to help our local and international communities. This year we also have the honour of hosting the best ever Rotary Conference for District 9710 in Cooma.

Rotary`s projects this year are continuing on from last year with its focus on `Health, Hunger, Humanity` especially water and sanitation. Although we are `time poor` we have made a commitment to make time, because the success of our club is dependent on each individual`s contribution, which Cooma Rotary Club does very well.
