* Members are expected to attend weekly meetings of the club.
Opportunities to make up attendance include:
* attending the regular meeting of another Rotary club,
* attending various other Rotary meetings,
* or attending a club service project authorised by the club board of directors.
* A make up only works to counteract an absence if the make up is done within two weeks (either side) of missing a meeting.
* Make-up's need to be written in the book (with the door team) so that the attendance officer can include them.
